Every job is quoted before we schedule, not after. DC / Virginia mobile notary signings use a flat base fee that includes travel inside the standard radius, plus a small per-signature fee. Maryland pricing: Call for a quote. A quote will be given after confirmation of appointment. Apostille coordination is priced separately by document based on whether it routes through a state Secretary of State, the US Department of State, or both, plus return shipping. You'll see the full quote before you commit, and nothing extra lands on the final invoice.
